The Magic of the Diving Dragon
The Wudang Five Animal Qigong series is a unique discipline and one of the five fundamental pillars of WDP Wudang Principles Classic Education. This Qigong set is far more than just a form of movement – it is a profound practice that nurtures the inner potential of the practitioner. Through training, not only is physical health strengthened, but self-awareness is also deepened, marking a journey from the outer to the inner self. This system promotes the development of body awareness, flexibility, fluidity, and inner strength, providing an opportunity for a deeply personal expression through movement.
Revisiting the Five Dragons Temple
After more than a decade, we revisited the Five Dragons Temple, nestled in the heart of the Wudang Mountains. This journey was not just a trek through the picturesque landscape but also a walk down memory lane, reliving the awe-inspiring beauty and serenity of a place that holds a special place in our hearts.
The 3 Heavenly Gates (三天门)
When walking up the old pilgrimage path at Mt. Wudang to the golden summit (Jin Ding, 金顶), which corresponds to the Bai Hui point (百会) in the human body, there are two main ways for the pilgrim to ascend: one is the Yin path (Ren Mai, 任脉), and the other is the Yang path (Du Mai, 督脉). Each station along these paths corresponds to energy points in the human body.
